I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds are not available on customized items or T-Shirts. If I make a mistake on your item I will replace it. Please make sure your return request is made within 7 days of your original order. We need to receive your return with in 14 days.
If you need to return an item it is your responsibility to cover the shipping charges back and I will refund you the cost of the item discounted shipping, any exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free.
Refunds are allowed for orders that haven't been shipped, or order cancellations on new orders within 1 hour of receipt(If we have already made your order or have started to make your order we can not cancel the order). A 4.95 restocking fee will be charged to the customer per canceled item.
Refunds are not allowed for orders that do not fit or are not the color/size expected. We try to add lots of sizing detail to all of our listing if you need clarification in advance, please ask. We will not allow refunds for any garment, head-wear that doesn't fit correctly.
Sale items, discounted items, and bulk order items are NOT eligible for refunds.
If you wear, use, or have an item that isn't brand new in original condition, the items are NOT eligible for refunds.

Payment: We allow all forms of payment except personal checks. We will not start on your order until the payment has been received. Taxes will be added when applicable. We do not allow cancellations.ShippingInsurance is optional.

Ships UPS or US First Class Mail: We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships you will receive an email via Etsy with the parcel number. USPS offers delivery confirmation numbers and most times tracking shows up on their system. Sometimes even though an item has shipping tracking isn't present.

If you would like shipping insurance or signed delivery, you must request that before the checkout process. (charges may apply) If you receive Free Shipping, We do not do free upgrades. Please ask prior to purchase if you need an upgrade.
Ships international for applicable cost . If you are interested in an item and international shipping isn't present, you can email and we will make it available to you.

All of our items are personalized for you! We do request that you add your initials for monograms (in first-last-middle order) in your note to seller section, along with any options for font choice, color, or thread/vinyl color as detailed on each listing! This helps us process your order as quickly as possible!

We will also attempt to contact you via message to confirm any missing or unclear information. If insufficient order information is not left on day of checkout & we cannot reach you, it may cause delays in processing and shipping for your order.

We answer messages in the order they are received, usually within 1-2 business days. We do not usually answer messages on the weekends. During the holidays, our response time may be slower due to increased volume.

If your logo was altered and you don't feel it is up to par, please contact us and we will remake your item, if we have made an error.
Please allow for a 1-2% imperfection embroidery policy. Meaning this is stitching, sometimes its not perfect, but if its close to perfect its good.
If your item is altered or imperfect beyond our policy we will replace it!
We only provide Mock-ups upon request. Otherwise we refer to your original order and the information written therein. Therefore your order acts as a proof if one is not requested and evidence or argument establishing correct or incorrect order discrepancies. Please be sure to communicate clearly and ask questions if necessary.
We will use out judgment on size and placement if not specified for you logo or personalization.
Color interpretation is not always exact. We will do our best to match your colors.

empower reserves the right to use different brand and garments for the purpose of printing and embroidering goods. We reserve the right to use replacement brands on garments. If stock is limited or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will exchange the original garment for one that is similar in styling. If the garment is not interchangeable the customer will be notified and have the option to change to a new garment. If the Garment is the same styling/color it is interchangeable. If the garment doesn't meet these requirements and the customer would like to cancel the order the 4.95 cancellation fee does apply.

empower respects the intellectual property rights of others. We ask our customers to do the same. If you are placing an order because you work for a corporation, business or school or represent a group or organization, as long as your order is on behalf of; or paid through that entity, there are no issues. We are primarily concerned with intentional or malicious copyright infringement.

INDEMNIFICATION: empower assumes no responsibility for researching or authenticating the rights held by any Customer to any trademark or license, as it relates to any design or logo reproduced on behalf of a Customer. Any and all liability for any act of trademark infringement rests with the Customer, and Customer shall indemnify empower against any and all actions resulting from trademark issues.
Customer represents, warrants and guarantees that it is the lawful owner or AUTHORIZED USER of the Content submitted and that the Content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of others. Customer represents that there are no outstanding disputes in connection with the property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights in the Content or any parts of the Content.
Customer agrees to hold empower, its' owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and licencors, free and harmless from all liability and indemnify empower for any loss, damage, or injury which may be suffered as a result of producing said Content. The obligation of the Customer shall extend to the payment of all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to ALL attorney and legal fees, and costs of litigation or other out-of-pocket costs as a result of the reproduction of the "Content" requested by the Customer.
